My parents and sister came the weekend before Thanksgiving, and we had our own Thanksgiving. Its was yummy!!!! The boys enjoyed alittle craft project, they seem to think they need to do everytime they see Uma, Lydia enjoyed shopping with the ladies, and ended up with a new doll, she wouldn't put down most of the weekend. It was so great to see them, just what I needed to help get out of alittle funk I had been in....

When we were in AZ we went and got all the kids pictures taken. Here are just a few of our kids. Lydia was sort of being a pistol that day, but we were happy with the turn out. I didn't post them before because they were part of Greg and Vonnies Christmas Presents......

Cowboys are the Champs!!!

This was Elijahs first year playing football, and we couldn't of asked for him to be on a better team. Its not because they went undefeated and won their championship game, which was nice. But the team and especially the coach's were amazing!!! This was the first time since Elijah has played sports that he didn't get to play the whole game, or he wasn't the biggest and at first he wasn't sure if he even liked it. Through the year though he learned alot and always worked hard, and always ALWAYS stayed positive. On Saturday was their championship game and they got there trophies, but what made it all that more special is that you could tell the coached loved these kids, and they were getting emotional, but the head coach only started crying when he talked about 2 players and they were his son and Elijah. When the coach was describing Elijah(which we didn't know at first who he was talking about), the other coach said I don't even have to look at the trophy to know who we are talking about. They just said that he was always positive and always always willing to do whatever the coach's wanted him to do without complaining. It just was really special and made me, and I am sure Nathan also very very proud and that we might be doing one thing right!!!

Elijah did so good on his fundraiser at school that he was able to join in the lock-in this year, of course I freaked and thought it was all night, but it was from 6-9 pm and dad was there to help out. As you can see when they got home their hair was a different color!!! GO state they said but it didn't help!
