Isaac first day and other pictures

Isaacs first day of school and first t-ball game of the year!!!

Isaac started school this week. He is going to Kindergarten readiness, its for kids whose birthdays are May-Sept. and who are already 5 but still alittle young for kindergarten. He is so excited, this coming week will be his first full week of going everyday all day. We already had a hard time getting him up Friday, he really didn't want to wake up.....Then he started t-ball again, trying to survive the heat of the games, for the last 15 days its been over 100 degrees here, its so miserable. I told Nathan that a BIG snow storms sounds great right now!!!(BTW, his t-ball team are the tigers!!) Then there are a few of Lydia, one in her new pretty red dress, she thought she was so pretty. One with her favorite baby doll, and her new baby stroller that she LOVES. Lydia also got all my "workout" head bands out and put them on her head all by herself....Then the last one is one of her in an outfit she choose to wear, she wanted her other cloths off and wanted the polka dot shirt on with the flower pants. She has a mind of her own and gets so mad at times!!!

Football

This is a really short blog, I just took a couple pictures of Elijah in his football gear, that we just bought and thought I would share. Don't get me started on how sad I am that he is old enough to play!! And that he and Isaac were enjoying watching ESPN with their dad this morning, I was like don't you want to watch a "kids show" and Elijah was like "no I want to watch this and watch them play football"!!!

The other picture is Lydia feeding baby monk, its so cute she feeding him and hums to him, lydia isn't talking alot, but she fums ABC, or Twinkle Twinkle all the time(btw its the same tune, so you choose what she is humming)

The pinata was hit so hard it fell of the cord so Nathan was darning enough to hold it, we had some strong baseball hitters at this party, and then the craziness of the slide, do boys listen to rules??? After someone got hurt they were done for the night

Elijah's first day of school

This last week has been a busy week for us. Elijah started 2Nd grade, and he loves his teacher. She is the wife of his basketball coach last year. We are very excited about the upcoming year.

Then our little Isaac man turned 5 years old, and breaking my heart. He had 2 birthday cakes. We had cake and ice cream with friends, and Lesley and Hannah King on his birthday, then his big Pirate birthday party on Friday. We had LOTS of boys here, and they went down the pirate slide, ate BEN 10 cake (BTW, they didn't have pirate cake at Sam's), and hit the pinata..LOTS OF FUN!!!

We really had a wonderful time in NC, again we were bummed Nathan couldn't be with us. We just enjoyed the beach and LOVED having our own private pool. The kids really got along great, and Lydia loved all the special attention!!!!

First Half of Vacation

As I post this we are still pool/beach side. We are having lots of fun!! We miss Nathan and wish that he was here with us. The first day we enjoyed the Barnhill Family reunion, then we have been soaking up the sun...We have enjoyed, well the boys, fresh seafood almost every night,and we even had a surprise party for Isaac the other night, and let me tell you he was SURPRISED!!!!
